Salam..today I want to share some info on eating healthy living..

okeyh, firstly.....
- GREEN TEA - heal the body of or prevent cancer, reduce the bad effects of LDL (low-density lipoprotien) cholestrol, and increase good cholestrol, increase the metabolism and great for weight loss, and to ease depression.
- PLAIN WATER - is the ideal natural cleansing fluid for the body. Drinking enough water daily will help the brain to function well.
- CUCUMBER - is best natural diuretic known, secreting and promoting the flow of urine. Helps in kidneys and urinary bladder disease, liver disease & pancrease disease.
- ONIONS - help to lower blood plessure naturally. It also thins the blood clots and clear the blood of unhealthy fats.
- CHICKENS EGGS - are a readily available source of choline, a nutrient vital to cells, the liver, and most importantly, the brain.
- FISH - eating fish every week reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke by reducing blood clots and inflammation, improving blood vessel elasticly, lowering blood plessure, lowering fats.
- KIWI FRUITS - are rich in many vitamins, flavonoids and minerals. In particular, they contain a high amount of vitamin C (more than orange), as much potassium as bananas and a good amount of beta-carotene.
- CARROTS - are an excellent source of antioxidant compounds, and the riches vegetable source of the pro-vitamin A carotenes. Carrots antioxidant compounds help protect against cardivascular disease and cancer.
- GARLIC - has been fount to hat antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal activity. However, these actions are less clear in humans. Garlic is also claimed to help prevent heart disease and cancer.
- SWEET POTATO - help to protect against heart attack and stroke, reducing blood pressure and maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body cells.
- RASPBERRY - is a delicious fruit loaded with powerful phytonutrients and antioxidants that can strengthen the immune system and help the body ward off disease.
